These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Voice To Text (the "Service"), operated by 1mmObj LLC, with registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Voice To Text transcribes audio and video files into text using artificial intelligence and lets you export the result in various formats. The Service is provided "as is," and we may modify or enhance its features at any time.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activity on your account and must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Prices and billing frequency are shown on the Pricing page and before you pay. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel them. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Amounts are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where relevant.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You represent that you hold the necessary rights to the files you upload and that transcribing them does not violate the law or the rights of third parties. You may not use the Service for illegal or defamatory content or content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy of others. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
You retain ownership of the files you upload and the transcriptions you generate. You grant us only the technical license necessary to process your files and provide the Service to you. Audio and video files are automatically deleted after transcription (see Privacy Policy). If you delete your account or ask us to at support@voicetotexts.net, your content is removed from active systems within 7 days and from backups within 90 days.
The software, brand, and design of Voice To Text are the property of 1mmObj LLC and are protected by law. You are granted no rights to them other than use of the Service in accordance with these Terms.
We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or 100% accuracy in automated transcriptions: AI transcripts may contain errors and you should review them before relying on them, especially for medical, legal, or any use requiring certified accuracy. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the extent permitted by law, 1mmObj LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA), without prejudice to the rights available to you as a consumer in your country of residence.
